EPHEMERA POSTAL AUCTION ENTRY FORM

The following items are my/our sole property and I/we authorise Sheffield Railwayana Auctions to sell them on my/our behalf in the next available Ephemera Postal Auction. Items will be lotted at the auctioneer's discretion. I understand that the commission rate is 11.75% including VAT. The minimum charge is £3.53 per lot (including VAT), sold or unsold. SRA reserve the right to refuse lots or defer them to a later auction, without necessarily giving a reason. It is the vendor's responsibility to clear any unsold lots at their own expense by arrangement with SRA. Any lots not so cleared within 9 months of the auction date may be disposed of by SRA and the proceeds (if any) donated to charity.
